What we collect
When you send a project brief or message us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, project location and the information about your project, including any plans or photos you upload.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure. If analytics is switched on, we use it to understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, deliver your project. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is seen by the NSL Spaces team. If you become a client, we may share relevant project details with the contractors and suppliers working on your project. Our website host stores the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, and withdraw consent. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will respond promptly.
